“Ideas for Travelers” will try to resolve your concerns as best we can, should we fail that, you can file your claim and, if not satisfied, then take legal action as per Italian Law.

Prohibited Activities

The content and information on this Website (including, but not limited to, price and availability of services) as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to us or our suppliers and providers.
While you may make limited copies of your travel itinerary (and related documents) for services booked through this Website, you agree not to otherwise modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through this Website.
Additionally, you agree not to:

1. use this Website or its contents for any commercial purpose;
2. make any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand;
3. access, monitor or copy any content or information of this Website using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our express written permission;
4. violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on this Website or bypass or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to this Website;

If your booking or account shows signs of fraud, abuse or suspicious activity, “Ideas for Travelers” may cancel any service reservations associated with your name, email address or account, and close any associated “Ideas for Travelers” accounts. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, “Ideas for Travelers” reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and you may be liable for monetary losses to “Ideas for Travelers“, including litigation costs and damages. To contest the cancellation of a booking or freezing or closure of an account, please contact “Ideas for Travelers“.

Payments, bookings, cancellation policy and refund

Prices are in Euro: all transactions are made in Euro.
Once you click on “Book and Pay” you will be presented a Paypal pos: you can choose to pay with your Paypal account via our partner “A Casa di Elda” or you can pay with your credit card. Your receipt will be in the name of “A Casa di Elda“.
Booking are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email (“your booking is confirmed”) that differs from: “booking received”.

All services, otherwise stated, are subject to a 48 hours cancellation policy: no refund is due after that time limit; before that, you can request a total refund (example: your tour start at 10:00 am on Jun 25th, you can cancel for free up to Jun 23th at 09:59 am).

All “open air” experiences will take place unless an “Official Severe Weather Alert” has been broadcast by meteoalarm.eu concerning the area of the booked experience: due this case, customers will receive a full refund.

Liability disclaimer

The Information, Software, Products and Services published on this Website may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors.
“Ideas for Travelers” does not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaims all liability for any errors or other inaccuracies relating to the information and description of the services displayed on this Website (including, without limitation, the pricing, photographs, general product descriptions, etc.).
“Ideas for Travelers” expressly reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on our Website and/or reservations made under an incorrect price. In such event, if available, we will offer you the opportunity to keep your reservation at the correct price or we will cancel your reservation without penalty.

“Ideas for Travelers” disclaims all warranties and conditions that this Website, its servers or any email sent from the “Ideas for Travelers” are free of viruses or other harmful components.
